Service was wonderful - wait staff were super friendly and service was fast. I got my drinks refilled a few times. Food was good - I got 2 things: Saganaki & Koney Island. The saganaki was great. The cheese was crispy at the bottom and had great saltiness to it that went super well with some citrusy tang from a lemon wedge. The Koney Island was a hot dog with chilli and chopped onion and mustard. Saganaki was $7 & Koney Island was $3 as of Sept 2023. Parking was easy and plenty. The restaurant had a diner ambiance and was nice on the inside. It was clean and tidy.

We've ordered from here a few times now and everything has always been great. The pancakes are my favorite! Whenever I order breakfast I ask for extra crispy bacon and they accommodate. Omelettes are very good too. No issues with too much grease, flavor is spot on. They also have these crispy fries and excellent chicken gyro, but you gotta try the pancakes!

It was a wet rainy morning and I needed to make a return at Kohls, but I was very hungry. So, i saw the Koney sign and pulled in. Convenient parking, immediate seating. I sat in a booth the back. The seat could use some support, as I sank right in. I had coffee and a great waitress, whose name I failed to get. She was very kind, checking back on coffee refills and promptly serving me water when seated. I ordered corned beef hash and eggs over medium. I asked if I could get an English muffin instead of toast and was told yes. The corned beef needed more hash browns, less deli meat. It was almost too dry even with my eggs mixed in. I would probably get something different next visit.

We came around 1:00pm but felt like breakfast food and Koney delivered! I got the Pancake n Egg n Meat with scrambled eggs and ham. The eggs were very tasty and not too oily. The ham was the best I have had at a coney-esc restaurant. They were not too salty and grilled nicely. My dad got the Turkey and Cheese Omelette. He said it was average, if a bit bland. The wait staff were very attentive and polite. The atmosphere is exactly what you want- clean, welcoming, and very festive for the Christmas season!

This is my local 'GO TO.' My family eats here at least once a week. The service is EXCELLENT and that staff hustles! I LOVE George, the owner--he actually makes his rounds to greet his 'regulars' which makes us feel very welcome. Not an item on the menu that I do not love--I'm a fan of the chicken gyro although there isn't anything on the b-fast menu that isn't awesome, too! Fast, quick, and pleasant--this is the kind of small business I like to support!
